Texsolv Loom Heddles 150/12 – 100 pcs per bundle

Texsolv heddles are designed to control the height of warp threads on a weaving loom. Each heddle consists of two vertical threads with a small central eye through which the warp thread passes, allowing it to be raised and lowered during weaving.

These Texsolv heddles come in bundles of 100, made from durable, high-quality polyester. White is the standard color, and each bundle is neatly connected and secured with four plastic clips, making it ready to mount directly on the loom shafts.

The heddles are easy to install, organize, and remove from the loom. Bundled in continuous chains, they stay tangle-free and can be easily separated if a single heddle needs to be replaced.

Colored heddles are also available in selected sizes, making it easier to organize and identify different sections of your warp or shaft setup.

Perfect for both beginner and professional weavers, Texsolv heddles are known for their precision, consistency, and reliability, ensuring smooth and efficient weaving every time.

Guide

Everything about 150/12

Open the question you have. Full guides on texsolv.se.

What do the numbers 150/12 mean, and how do I measure?
150 mm (5.9") 12 mm eye (½")

The first number is the length, 150 mm (5.9"), the second the eye, 12 mm (½"). To check an old heddle, stretch it gently between two sticks against a tape measure and read the full length. Don't measure a cut piece.

Which colours, and what are they for?

One colour per shaft makes the threading readable from across the room and shows at once where a heddle belongs when you add or move one. A colour can also mark a border or a stripe in the warp.

150/12 comes in all seven colours. Colours are made for 150/12, 160/12, 205/12, 220/12, 237/12, 268/12, 280/12, 318/12, 330/12, 392/12 and Mirrix. Other sizes are white only.

How do I mount and thread them?

Slip the tied bundle of 100 onto the heddle bars, untie and distribute. Cut ends never need fusing. To thread: fold the warp end, push it through the rectangular eye with a finger and pull through. Easy right- or left-handed.

Made a mistake in the sequence? A new heddle can be inserted at the correction point without re-threading the shaft.

Not sure? Measure an existing heddle, or look up your loom in the guide.

Can I wash them?

Yes, in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, preferably tied together in a laundry bag so they do not tangle. Let them dry at room temperature; do not iron or tumble-dry.

I've published an 8-shaft table loom on Thingiverse, primarily 3D printed. I recently modified it so it can also use your heddles. See the documentation on the site for more details (PDF file). Best regards.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our heddles. We appreciate your creativity and innovation in using our product for your 3D printed loom. Keep up the great work!

Good service. My heddles weaved their way here in excellent time. A little surprised that I had to cut them but no problem. I’m retired lol
