Delivery Terms (DDP)

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means that all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price at checkout. The customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery – we handle customs clearance and all related costs.

For shipments to the United Kingdom and Norway, we are locally registered for tax handling:

  • United Kingdom: We are registered for UK VAT

  • Norway: We are registered under the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme

This ensures a smooth import process with no additional charges or actions required from the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated normal transit times calculated from the date the shipment leaves our warehouse. Actual delivery times may vary due to local conditions, customs processing, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • PostNord Varubrev (under 2 kg): 2–3 business days

  • PostNord Service Point / Pickup (over 2 kg): 2–4 business days

🇪🇺 European Union – PostNord

  • PostNord EU Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • FedEx Regional Economy: 3–7 business days

  • FedEx International Economy Freight: 5–10 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Return period: 14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed

  • Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with proper packaging
