Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account

    • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue

    • Check your email inbox for a message from our store

    • Copy the six-digit verification code from the email

    • Return to the store and enter the verification code

  2. Request a return

    • Go to your order history

    • Click Request return for the order you wish to return

    • If the order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return

    • Choose a return reason and add a note if needed

    • Click Request return

Once your return request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

  • You may choose any shipping carrier of your preference.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return until it has been received by us.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • You are missing items

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above and include proof of purchase.
